Stop hating, because you "don't hear" something. He describes what he did and showed how he created the sound, this is really important, if you want to make a beat like this and don't know how to create side chain and fx like that. Good work, thumbs up!

bullshit video, you keep rambling about useless details and waste time. you clearly didn't prepare anything.

that was awesome! although, could you go a bit more in depth on the "side chaining" i know what it is, but is that how you get that almost volume cut off in flumes sound?

You can do the chord helps + all the key you can use through pitcher (but turn the signals off) from the mixer. The basic chords can be found from sites like autchords.com he he he. But nice tutoriallll ! ! ! !

RULE #1: If you want to make a flume style "beat" delete your version of FL Studio and Install Ableton Live 9. For things such as compression and side chaining the Ableton standard compressor is much more easier to achieve the flume style side chain...

Also Flume uses a whole load of sampling from soul songs from like 1970's, ableton is much more user friendly for sampling and if you are trying to try and create a flume sound by sampling, it will be tones easier in ableton.

why didn't you just compose your chords in Cthulhu already routed to Massive?  I ask b/c your 2nd chord doesn't sound that good using that patch even tho it sounded good via piano
