I've followed this and other tutorials but even when I set it to the absolute lowest levels, if I hit apply it completely wipes out my entire voice track! I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I could really use a little help! thanks!

This tutorial has a great description of the Spitfish buttons that is really enabling. That part starts at 2 minutes into the video. Very well done Sir!

In Audacity, once the Spitfish window is up, I am prevented from doing anything not in that window (for instance, hitting my Play button, as you did in the tutorial).  Anyone find a way to get around this problem?  (I'm doing voice-overs in mono, if that makes a difference.)

I love your FL Studio tutorials. You should definitely make a tutorial for EQ, Compression, and the basics that most recordings should have.

But why does SPITFISH fuck up my panning? When I put SPITFISH on it doesn't let my panning work which pisses me off so I have to turn it off. Lets say I have something panned to the left, if I put SPITFISH on then it makes my panning act as if its in the middle even though its set to the left.
